Shipping Info: All orders are sent with free stickers and will be dispatched 5-7 days after order receipt.

All packages are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail.

Roughly 1-2 days within the UK, 5-6 days within Europe, and 7-11 days for the Rest of the World.

Return Policy: All sales are final unless there is a manufacturer's defect or there was major damage caused during shipment. Damaged or defective items will be replaced upon return of the product, or exchanged for store credit. You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to file a claim with us regarding defects, damages, or items shipped in error. Please get in contact with us, if this is the case, via email.

If an error has occurred in a customer order at the fault of Gunshot, then we will accept the item back for a refund, replacement or credit. However, if an error occurs at the fault of the customer ordering an item, Gunshot cannot be held responsible.
